Crystal Honored for Company’s Leadership and Commitment to Military Employees
Georgia ESGR’s Seven Seals Award Recognizes Excellence in Support Of National Guard and Reserve
Duluth, Ga. – September 12, 2016 – Crystal, a leader in network monitoring and management solutions, announced today that the company was honored in a ceremony August 12 with the Seven Seals Award for leadership by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) organization. The Seven Seals Award is presented in recognition of significant achievement, initiative or support that promotes and supports our nation’s National Guard and Reserve.
Crystal and its CEO, Roger Franklin, were recognized for their ongoing support to employee Jason Chatham and his family. Chatham serves in the Naval Reserves, Naval Special Warfare community. Crystal continued to compensate Chatham during two tours of duty as an employee at the company, and held the position while he was in service to our country.

ESGR, a Department of Defense program, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee’s military commitment.
