Senior Sales Executive
As the North American Senior Sales Executive, I’m responsible for maintaining productive relationships with our existing customers, developing new customers and opportunities. My position is unusual in nature. I’m primarily a sales account manager, yet I’ve the opportunity to work with many of our customers as a technical consultant too. I believe this sets Crystal apart from many of our competitors who are only educated in sales and don’t necessarily have the right experience to listen, understand a customer’s challenges and provide meaningful solutions. Additionally, to effectively serve our customers I’ve got to be a “jack of all trades” per se, who hail from the Network Broadcast industry, Satellite Teleports and in the DOD/Military industries. I believe this gives me a unique ability, outside the Crystal Team, to provide an array of experience to better serve our customer base and earn their trust in Crystal’s capabilities.
Length of Employment
What do you do in your spare time?
A salesperson with spare time? The two can’t coexist. Well, when I’m not being an account manager I tend to enjoy working with my hands. Whether that is working on Habitat for Humanity home, working on my own home or building a rocking horse from scratch. Like many of us, I enjoy being outdoors and getting into the typical trouble fly fishing, hiking, or some other insane adventure. I also enjoy doing my own mechanical work on my vehicles. It’s hard to trust someone else with your brakes you know. And if something goes wrong, you’ve only yourself to blame. Overall, I’m just your average Joe.
Almost every successful person begins with two beliefs: The future can be better than the present, and I have the power to to make it so.
